The view from the room was amazing, overlooking the city. The location was convenient, with a nearby bus station and Spar supermarket. , the staff was helpful and friendly.
The bathroom cleanliness was lacking, with leftover items from previous guests and a dirty anti-slip mat. The shower's cold tap did not open, and there were no 2 pin plugs provided.

The staff members were incredibly warm and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. There were some issues with the facilities and amenities provided, such as limited toiletries in the bathroom and empty containers for tea and coffee.
